Refund policy
If there is a fault with your product we will be happy to replace or refund with store credit.
To receive an exchange or store credit you will need to contact us first through either our ‘contact us’ form or by emailing info@saikah.co.nz within 14 days of receiving your product.
You must return goods to us within 14 days of us replying to your refund request.
Exchanges and Store Credits will only be processed once the returned product has arrived and been checked.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs involved with a refund with store credit.
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned for refund of store credit.
All returns should be signature required to avoid being lost in the post as we will take no responsibility for returns until they arrive back to us.
Please include your contact details and original order number with your return to ensure a quick process.
