Return & Exchange

Full priced items can be returned for exchange or store credit within 14 days of receiving your item. To receive an exchange or store credit you will need to contact us first through either our ‘contact us’ form or by emailing info@saikah.co.nz where you will receive the return information.

You must return goods to us within 14 days of us replying to your return request.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exchanges and Store Credits will only be processed once the returned product has arrived and been checked.

All returns should be signature required to avoid being lost in the post as we will take no responsibility for returns until they arrive back to us.

Please include your contact details and original order number with your return to ensure a quick process.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs involved with a return.

Returns that were purchased with free shipping will have the shipping cost deducted from their exchange or store credit.

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned for exchange or store credit.
